Include your Stripe receipt email and order reference so we can find the payment quickly.

Orders currently ship within the United States only.

Complimentary standard shipping is collected at Stripe Checkout and usually ships in 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Unused jewelry can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Custom bracelets are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Checkout, card details, billing, and payment security are handled by Stripe.

We use order email, shipping address, and purchase details only to fulfill orders, answer support requests, and handle refunds.

Product photos, names, and prices can change before checkout.

An order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment and the order appears in our payment records.
